Large stash of cannabis seized from terrace flat

Two men have been arrested after hundreds of thousands of pounds worth of cannabis was seized from a Glasgow flat.

Police recovered a stash of drugs worth an estimated £225,000 last Friday from a Springburn flat on Lenzie Terrace. A 23-yearold and a 35-year-old man were arrested. A report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal.

Detective Inspector Fergus Hutcheson said: “We are determined to rid our communities of drugs and we are always grateful for any assistance the public can give us in relation to this.”
