Cooking up a storm: TV chef to complete 100km Arctic trek in support of hospice

0 Scottish celebrity TV chef Tony Singh will complete a 100km Arctic trek in Norway in February to raise funds for Edinburgh’s St Columba’s Hospice which provides palliative care for young and old. The City of Edinburgh Council’s outdoor learning base in Trinity is helping Mr Singh, who was born and raised in Leith, on his trip by supplying equipment including a sleeping bag and down jacket, gloves, softshell jacket and rucksacks. The council were contacted by the Duke of Edinburgh Award Unit to support the cause.
