A survey commissioned by Diabetes UK, the British Heart Foundation (BHF) and Tesco found that while the five-a-day day message was very familiar, only 19 per cent of people knew what one portion of fruit and veg should look like.

Aseriesofroadshowswill visit Glasgow’s Buchanan Galleries on 15-16 November to help people understand that one handful of fruit and veg is approximately one portion.
