Man assaulted in surprise attack outside his home

Two men are being hunted over a serious assault in Bankfoot.

Police Scotland have appealed for information about an incident that happened about 5:45pm on Monday in Church Lane.

A man was approached and allegedly assaulted outside his home by two men.

The victim sustained injuries to his hand, face and body.

Police said in a statement they wished to speak to a female dog walker who passed by shortly after the incident and may have seen some or all of the alleged assault.
