Cycle for life: UK charity to study cycling habits and satisfaction
The Edinburgh Bike Life Report is an assessment of cycling development, attitudes and behaviour in the city. The study is part of a wider piece of research by UK charity Sustrans covering seven British cities that will look at cycling habits, satisfaction and the impact of cycling more widely. Sustrans national director John Lauder, pictured, is handing over the report to Councillor Lesley Macinnes at Napier University’s Merchiston campus. Sustrans works closely with local authorities to improve access to a safe walking and cycling network.
