Shopping park closed after man injured

-

The biggest shopping park in Inverness has been forced to close after a shopper was left injured by falling glass.

Health and safety chiefs were called into Inverness Retail Park following the incident on Tuesday, when the man was taken to hospital.

They were still checking other shops. Last night, the site remained closed. A message posted by the site’s owners on Facebook said: “We are sorry for any inconvenience.”

A Highland Council spokesman said: “We will continue to work closely with the retail park.”
