Bring on humans

Is there any group of people, other than the suppliers and their shareholders, who benefit from automated telephone services? I think not.

Robot operators cannot converse with us; cannot be questioned; cannot clarify; cannot mimic us and be substitute human beings.

Let us humanise the service by employing human telephone operators once more. It’s not an option – it’s a necessity.
