Solid figures at Card Factory
Retailer Card Factory has cheered a solid third quarter, saying the “strong” sales growth seen in the first half has continued, with total sales up by 6.7 per cent in the nine monthsofitsyearsofar.
But the chain reiterated warnings over an ongoing hit to profit margins from the weak pound and national living wage “for the remainder of the year and into full-year 2019.”
