Bubbling up
It’s not too late (or early) to celebrate bubbles, as this year’s Fizz Feast: A Celebration of Sparkling Wine & Scottish Artisan Food is taking place today at The Edinburgh Academy on Henderson Row, with two sessions at 12-3pm and 4-7pm.
This wine fair is dedicated to sparkling wine and champagne, with famous names including Taittinger and Franciacorta, as well as other versions from all over the world for visitors to taste, order and buy. The liquid refreshments will be accompanied by grub from the likes of Stag Bakeries, the Tobermory Fish Company, Damn Fine Cheese and Supernature Oil, as well as oysters, chocolate, tea and charcuterie.
