Boy, 4, is among three injured in lorry crash

A four-year-old boy was hurt in a car between a car and al orry that has left both drivers in hospital.

Police Scotland said the toddler was taken to hospital for checks after the accident around 9: 40am yesterday.

Both drivers sustained “serious” injuries in the accident on Wester Boogie Road in Kirkcaldy.

The road was closed while police investigations and recovery got under way.
