£5m City of Light plan moves ahead

The £5 million Perth & Kinross City Of Light Action Plan is moving ahead after local leaders chose the firm which will help deliver electrical infrastructure for the project.

IKM Consulting was selected as part of the plan, with landmarks and buildings set to be bathed in light for the six-year long initiative. Launched in 2016, the scheme aims to provide a fillip to Perth’s night-time economy with functional and decorative lighting dovetailed with streetscape enhancements, particularly at key gateways such as the Broxden Roundabout.
