#KEZIA

The former Scottish Labour leader told constituents in a video message that she is committed to her job as an MSP for the long term, and will use her controversial appearence on I’m a Celebrity... to talk about ‘Labour values’. @paulhutcheon said: “Laughable spin from Kez this morning: ‘This isn’t a second job’. Then says her fee is not small” @iainmacwhirter added: “‘This is an opportunity to talk to millions of people about my values and what my party stands for’. Of course it is, Kez” @ROSAZAMBONINI commented: “I’m loving how everyone is calling Kezia ‘Kez’ like the whole of Scottish Twitter has had a pint with her!” @Derekbateman2 joked: “Good story if Kezia is kidding us and turns up as President of Zimbabwe”

#SNOW

Large parts of Scotland could see snow today, with up to 20cm falling over the mountains. @Gsmvalentina said: “I can now predict it’s going to snow all winter. First winter (in years) I’ve not bothered to put winter tyres on” @dbirch214 commented: “OK fellow Brits, the mild weather of the last few days ends tonight – a cold front drops in later tonight sending temps back into single figures, with Scotland seeing some snow” @specsmart added: “It’s snow joke! Met Office warns eight inches of the white stuff will fall in Scotland this week” @jinty_meikle remained calm: “It’s Scotland, it’s winter, of course we’ll get snow at some point”

#DORITOS

A man has been discovered asleep and covered in Doritos after allegedly breaking into a house in Coatbridge. @Monklandspolice reported: “We all feel tired when we start a shift & a thief who started his shift at 23:45 yesterday was no different. He broke into a house on Corsewall St, decided on a pit stop, ate half a pie and fell asleep covered in Doritos. He woke up in cuffs” @Saulsievwright said: “Burglary is clearly a mouthwatering business if you feel the need to eat your way through packets of cheesy tang Doritos and half a mince pie. Astonished” @Stephanie_lis added: “Police said the man had also eaten half a pie before deciding ‘on a pit stop’. Story of the day!”
