The production company behind Bake Off returns to Channel 4 with judge Paul Hollywood centre stage for a solo four-part series.

Hollywood, whose father and grandfather were bakers, revisits the kitchens that inspired him and the chefs who taught him as he shares some his favourite recipes – also available in an accompanying cookery book – along the way.
