Fatal crash victim named by police

A woman who died when her car crashed in the Borders has been identified by police.

Hayley Logan, 21, from the village of Stow, suffered serious injuries in the collision which happened at 3:30am on Saturday on the A7 at the Torwoodlee Golf Course in Galashiels.

Police say her Peugeot 107 car left the road, resulting in her being seriously injured. She was taken to Edinburgh Royal Infirmary where she later died.
