For kicks: Football star Mcculloch launches this year’s youth coaching initiative
Lee Mcculloch, the former Kilmarnock manager, helps launch this year’s Tesco Bank Football Challenge programme. The former Rangers player visited Glasgow’s Calderwood Lodge Primary, where primary two and three children enjoyed a training session with Scottish Football Association (SFA) coaches.
Now in its eighth season and run in partnership with the SFA, the programme provides coaching for 20,000 primary school children each year. The ex-footballer is pictured with pupils Yisrael Bodenheim, Jasper Tomkins, Katie Byrne, Lucy Mcinnes, Leo Remocker, and Nina Bernard.
