Branding branch-out: Recruitment business launches consultancy

Marketing recruitment agency Denholm Associates is launching an “employer brand” consultancy, helping businesses stand out when it comes to hiring staff. It said the new venture known as Inside Out is the first organisation of its kind in Scotland and is targeting the SME sector, headed by advertising stalwart Mark Gorman and HR specialist Keith Thompson alongside Nicki and John Denholm. Gorman said the move comes as “increasingly companies need to clearly differentiate themselves in the crowded and competitive employment market, especially in ‘toughto-hire’ talent groups”.
