Board changes at Weir Group

The chief executive of aerospace engineering firm Meggitt is to join the board of Glasgowbased Weir Group as a non-executive director from 1 January.

The appointment was announced as Weir confirmed that current non-executive directors John Mogford and Alan Ferguson will retire from the board after the company’s annual general meeting in April.
