US sees $69bn health merger

The second largest US drugstore chain CVS Health is buying insurer Aetna after putting forward a deal worth $69 billion (£51bn).

It comes as the drugstore operator tries to position itself as a onestop shop for health care, offering prescription drugs, clinics and insurance plans to cover those goods and services.
