Work poised to start on £15m development

Work to build a £15.5 million office block on a key site at Dundee’s Waterfront development is set to begin next month.

The five-floor building will be situated next to the city’s V&A Museum of Design, which opens next year.

It will offer office space, commercial units, a service yard and parking.

Councillors will be asked next week to approve the appointment of a contractor to take forward construction.

It is expected that the building, part of a broader development, will be completed in February 2019.
