Polar party: Bear pals enjoy birthday treats of sardines and hotdogs at Highland Wildlife Park

Scotland’s only male polar bears celebrated their birthdays by unwrapping favourite treats: sardines and hotdogs.

Walker and Arktos ripped open the food stuffed inside a pile of presents at RZSS Highland Wildlife Park in Kingussie, where they have lived in the same enclosure for the last five years.

Arktos turned ten at the end of last month, while Walker will be nine tomorrow.
