Man sought in connection to serious assault

A man was seriously assaulted during an afternoon attack close to a train station in East Lothian.

The incident happened between 2pm and 3pm on Sunday, 26 November, on the B1377, near to Drem train station. The victim suffered a serious facial injury and attended the Edinburgh Royal Infirmary. The suspect is described as a white male, aged around 35, 5ft 9ins tall, of stocky build and with short brown hair.
