REPAIR SPECIALISTS BRING EXPERTISE TO EDINBURGH

-

Leading automotive repair business L&I Eaton have celebrated the opening of their latest state-of-the-art workshop with a grand open day.

The accident repair specialists threw open the doors this week to mark the opening of their new Edinburgh facility.

Among the guests at the successful event were around 100 representatives from insurance companies, accident management companies, manufacturers and the firm’s supply network.

The 3,500 square metre workshop represents the latest stage in the company’s expansion, which has seen it grow from a single centre just seven years ago to a national chain with nine facilities reaching from Aberdeen to Lincoln.

Marking a major departure from repair shops of the past, L&I Eaton’s facilities are clean, high-tech and adaptable, ready to accommodate the latest systems and technologies.

Graeme Richardson, site manager at the new Edinburgh facility comments: “The days of dark and dingy repair environments are over. Here we see a glimpse of the future, in which accident repair centres become an aspirational place for our customers and staff.

“When you step into our premises, you feel like you’re in the reception of a hotel not an accident repair centre.”

The new Edinburgh workshop is equipped with the latest tools and technology to allow repairs to be carried out quickly to the highest standards. The spacious work space features four dedicated spraybooths alongside flexible repair bays and a dedicated aluminium structural repair bay.

Graeme explains: “Our stateof-the-art facility, Multi Metal repair facility meets all the demands of vehicle manufacturersand insurance company expectations and we pride ourselves in delivering a complete customer experience.”

L&I Eaton’s dedication to the highest standards is recognised by the company’s status as approved repairers for leading insurance companies and many mainstream and prestige manufacturers. L&I Eaton’s Edinburgh site is also the only Tesla approved repair centre in the east of Scotland.

“In this evolution of technology, information and increasing social media, our clients demand a higher level of service and we are absolutely dedicated to providing that,” says Graeme.

“We have the ability, capability and belief to succeed.”
