Our First Minister Nicola Sturgeon has great skill in handlingmoneyasshedefendsthe indefensible Named Person legislation with an £800,000 legal bill, £180 million on a Scottish farmers payment IT system that still doesn’t work, and £170m on agency staff to prop up the staff crisis at Scottish NHS.
