Revenues decline at Daily Record firm

The publisher of the Daily Mirror and Daily Record newspapers has said that it is making “good progress” in its efforts to acquire the Express titles from Northern & Shell, while reporting a slump in revenues.

In a fourth quarter update, Trinity Mirror said like-for-like revenue is expected to fall 9 per cent.
