POINT OF VIEW

As was to be expected the Scottish budget has been attacked from all sides. in fact,i think it makes a fair attempt at an impossible juggling act. Onethingi would query is the allotting of a rise of £1600 to public employees with salaries of £80,000 or more. In these times of straitened public finances why pay more to those already well rewarded?
