Falkirk Three of a kind

-

For the third Saturday in a row a Falkirk match fell foul of the winter weather. The latest was the match at the Falkirk Stadium with Brechin. It looks embarrassing for a club who have aspirations to be playing in the top flight but can’t beat the weather to ensure a home game goes ahead!

However, the rescheduled match against Livingston did go ahead on Tuesday evening. Falkirk were able to put out a strong starting 11 with an impressive pedigree on the substitutes bench. Craig Sibbald looked sharp on his long-awaited return to first-team action. As it turned out, a point apiece was a fair result as both goalkeepers were rarely troubled. We just need morale-boosting goals and the three points will start to tally up.
