Tech services deal builds capital connections

0 Robert Carroll, founder and solicitor at MOV8, and Leah Hutcheon, founder of Appointedd Appointedd, the Edinburghbased booking software specialist, has struck a deal to provide technology for MOV8 Real Estate.

The property business, which is also based in the capital, offers estate agency and conveyancing services for homeowners and investors buying and selling residential properties.

The deal will see Appointedd’s scheduling and booking software feature on MOV8’S website and enable sellers to instantly book val- uations and photography appointments online.

MOV8 Real Estate opened in 2007 with the aim of providing a way for homeowners and investors to sell residential property by offering sellers “transparent” and fixed estate agency fees. Earlier this year, it relocated its HQ to South Gyle as part of its growth plans.
