It’s an idea

Now that lobbyists, charities and even 15-year-olds are dictating the policies of the UK, has the time come to randomly choose a handful of people from the voters roll to run the country? During their working time all they would need is an office with a small flat above it, and the only tools they would need are rubber stamps.
