Design for life: V&A already boosting Dundee tourism

The V&A Museum of Design, which is set to open this summer, has been credited with sparking increased interest in Dundee among overseas visitors. Although the city has long been overshadowed by the likes of Edinburgh and Glasgow in holiday guides, it has now been named by Bloomberg alongside Los Angeles, Florence and Jordan as one of the top holiday destinations for travellers this year. The city made Bloomberg’s list of 22 “especially compelling” destinations.
