Plan to build 700 homes near High Street
Plans for a £200 million housing scheme on 7.5 acres of land off Glasgow’s High Street have been submitted.
If approved, the project would see 727 build-torent homes erected behind High Street rail station in addition to a new public square, 99 student flats and shops, leisure, food, drink and commercial space.
Stallan-brand architects have drawn up the plans with Martha Schwartz Partners.
If planning permission is granted, work on the project could begin by the end of the year.
