Nigel Farage has said he could support a second referendum on the UK’S EU membership “to kill it off for a generation”.

What makes Farage believe the Remainer hardcore would shut up and accept the result if we voted Leave a second time? Does he think the SNP would stop demanding Scottish independence and a third referendum and simply accept the Union if they lost a second? Really?
