Property firm opens latest office in Scotland

Northern Trust, a privately owned property investment, development and land regeneration business, has opened an office in Grangemouth as it looks to further strengthen its Scottish portfolio.

The trust said it had launched a Whittle Jones regional office at its Earls Court office development in the town. Northern Trust’s portfolio is managed by its in-house surveying practice, Whittle Jones Group, which already has offices in Birmingham, Chorley, Newcastle and Wakefield.

During 2017, Northern Trust acquired some 300,000 square feet of industrial space in Scotland and continues to look for further opportunities to grow its portfolio.
