Jason Kerr and Chris Kane return to the first-team squad after their stint with the Doonhamers.

In young Jason’s case he has had the benefit of playing at Championship level after previously doing well at East Fife.

Kane’s goals in recent weeks will have done his confidence the world of good. Having the benefit of playing with another experienced striker in ex-saint Stephen Dobbie will have added a new dimension to what he has learned working with Steven Maclean and others.

Tommy probably had different outcomes in mind sending both on loan. Having two confident players back who have played in a very competitive league are positive additions.
