Ross County Worrying lack of news

There is another fortnight to go in the January transfer window but, so far, County’s business is a little worrying. I’m a fan of Greg Tansey and I think he will improve the midfield, but the lack of transfer news otherwise is a little alarming considering the precarious position at the bottom of the table.

I don’t expect a new team overnight, but Owen Coyle had talked for long enough about bringing his own flavour to the team, and the squad needed extra quality. It was almost an excuse for the nosedive in form during December. These potential signings need to hit the ground running if County are to escape relegation. That won’t be easy if they all come in on 31 January, four fixtures after the restart. I’m concerned.
