Film festival to close with Pinochet feature

Glasgow Film Festival’s closing gala will feature a true story of Scots who defied Augusto Pinochet.

Nae Pasaran will have its world premiere at the event on Sunday 4 March.

Felipe Bustos Sierra’s feature film charts how workersattherolls-roycefactory in East Kilbride boycotted repair work, grounding half of Chile’s air force, in solidarity against the dictatorship.

The full programme is announced on Wednesday.
