Dundee’s V&A Museum of Design will open in the autumn. But do we like the super-modern structure? Being a former Dundonian, Half of me says: “Yes it’s got a nautical theme which fits with Dundee’s maritime history and the lines are fairly graceful.” The other half says: “Bloody great eyesore which doesn’t fit architecturally to go with the other waterfront eyesores like the Tesco superstore and concrete-y hotels facing the beautiful Tay riverside.
