Edinburgh expansion: York developer snaps up Haymarket office site

A York-based development company has expanded its presence in Edinburgh with the acquisition of an office building on Osborne Terrace at Haymarket, whose tenants include Capability Scotland. S Harrison said the purchase from Osborne Terrace Limited for an undisclosed sum marks the fourth project that it has become involved with in the city recently. Managing director Ann Scott said Edinburgh is “an extremely important market for us and one that we’re keen to expand our presence in further during 2018”.
