Lebron James made history by becoming the youngest NBA player to reach 30,000 career points – although his Cleveland Cavaliers fell 114-102 to the San Antonio Spurs. The 33-yearold hit the milestone in the final second of the first quarter and joined the exclusive club of seven players to reach the mark first set by Wilt Chamberlai­n of the Los Angeles Lakers in 1972. James overtook Kobe Bryant who passed the mark in December 2012. James celebrated his birthday 24 days ago, while Bryant was aged 34 and 104 days.
