Marks & Spencer have created the most colourful sarnies on the high street with their new vegetable breads. At £3 each, choose from vegan Beetroot & Apple Slaw featuring bright red bread (thanks to the dried beetroot ingredient), Chicken & Pesto with green bread (made using basil, pumpkin seeds and pine nuts) and Blackened Chicken on an orange coloured carrot injected loaf, all part of their Eat Well range.
