The big swim

Diabetes UK is looking for people to take on the swimming challenge, Swim22, between 22 February and 22 May. It involves swimming 22 miles in your local pool, in order to raise funds for the charity. Sign up on the below website (registration is free) and you’ll get a pack featuring swiming tips, a cap, sponsorship details and sign up details for your online page, where you can chart distance travelled.
