October date for Eugenie’s wedding

The date of Princess Eugenie’s forthcoming marriage to Jack Brooksbank has been revealed.

Eugenie’s father the Duke of York confirmed the nuptials would take place on 12 October in a post on Twitter. The engagement was announced last month.

His profile carried the message: “As previously announced, the wedding will take place at St George’s Chapel, Windsor Castle.”

Prince Harry will marry Meghan Markle in the same venue on 19 May.
