Worthy winners: Scots synchronis­ed skaters take UK’S top title in Nottingham

Hours of practice at Intu Braehead ice rink have paid off for a team of Scottish synchronis­ed skaters after they were crowned British champions.

Starlight Rain won the adult category in the British Synchronis­ed Skating Championsh­ips, which took place on 13 and 14 January in Nottingham’s National Ice Centre. The club also had four other teams compete in various categories of the tournament.
