Kindness lives

-

I was really touched by the story about a uniformed paramedic from Rochdale going to pay for his petrol and realising the last customer had paid for it. It was exceptionally kind of the driver to do that.

Paramedics do an excellent job saving lives, providing care and compassion to sick people and their relatives, working long hours, sometimes getting little thanks and sometimes a lot of unnecessary criticism.

This little boost was well deserved and goes to show there is still some kindness in the world. GORDON KENNEDY Simpson Square
