Kilmarnock Embrace the fans

The Killie Trust is about to get a full seat on the board for £100,000, which is along the lines of what many fans are doing with their clubs these days.

It’s a significant change in policy and outlook by our club, at least and worthy of a lot more attention than it seems to be getting from the mainstream media. If anyone wants to have a chat with our Trust chairman about it I can put you in touch. There are many people in high places (Leeann Dempster for one) who now realise that fan buy-in (as the law dictates in Germany) is the way ahead and the only chance many clubs will have of surviving. Those clubs who ignore fans rather than embrace them do so at their peril… this is not going away.
