Rangers Board must act

Enough is enough. The defeat by Hibs, along with several others this season, should mean the board and Mark Allen have a job to do: find us a proper football manager. No disrespect to Graeme Murty, but it’s clear he is not good enough long term. He is tactically inept most of the time and he cannot get a consistent run of results, even when the board have backed him in this window. In fact, his record is now worse than that of Pedro Caixinha.

Come the summer, I hope to see a new face in the dugout because, if not, fighting for second, third and fourth place will quickly become normality. The board have to move heaven and earth to appoint someone who is capable of doing the job.
