His Royal Highness, Chairman of the Board of Trustees, The Duke of Edinburgh’s Internatio­nal Award Foundation, afterwards attended a Dinner at the Imperial Hotel, Spice Route, Janpath Lane, Connaught Place. The Princess Royal, Member, Internatio­nal Olympic Committee, and Chairman, Internatio­nal Olympic Committee Members Election Commission, today attended the Internatio­nal Olympic Committee Session at the Kensington Flora Hotel, 221-1 Ganpyeong-ri, Jinbumyeon, Pyeconghan­g-gun, Kangwon, Republic of Korea. CLARENCE HOUSE The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall this morning opened the National Grid’s new power tunnels at Seven Sisters Road, London N7, and were received by Her Majesty’s Lord-lieutenant of Greater London (Sir Kenneth Olisa).

His Royal Highness, Colonel, Welsh Guards, later received Major General Robert Talbot Rice upon relinquish­ing his appointmen­t as Regimental Lieutenant Colonel. The Prince of Wales this afternoon received Air Chief Marshal Sir Stephen Hillier (Chief of the Air Staff).
