Island life: 300-year-old book about Orkney to go under hammer

Cathy Marsden, book specialist at auctioneer Lyon & Turnbull, admires a rare collection of books from the library of Orkney book collector John Davie Manson Robertson. Many of the books, which include A Description of the Isles of Orkney by Reverend James Wallace, date from the early 17th century. The collection is expected to sell for £30,000.
