The Minnesota Timberwolv­es extended their home winning streak to 13 games with victory over the Sacramento Kings. It was a slow start for the Timberwolv­es, who were behind by five at the end of the third quarter, but a powerful fourth quarter lifted them to the 111-106 win. Karlanthon­y Towns scored 29 points and Jeff Teague added 12 points, while 15 of Jimmy Butler’s 18 points came in the second half. The Kings dominated the start of the game, but with 19 turnovers across the night, the Wolves were able to fight back.
