-

Developers have moved on-site as part of plans to build scores of homes on the site of a former primary school.

Glasgow Housing Association and the city council said the project would see 45 homes for mid-market rent built on the site of the former Victoria Primary School in Govanhill.

David Fletcher, director of regeneration at GHA parent the Wheatley Group, said: “These modern, stylish, energy-efficient homes will make a big difference to this part of the city. Wheatley is dedicated to increasing the supply of affordable housing.”
