An Edinburgh firm that provides coaching services and training to individuals and businesses across a range of sectors has further international expansion in its sights.

Founded in 2010, Full Circle Global can boast more than 4,000 graduates from either coaching qualifications or coaching sessions.

Headquartered in the capital, the firm employs ten staff and has a wider network of 20 associate coaches. It offers personal and professional coaching, plus seven qualifications ranging from one-day workshops for managers to the gold standard diploma in professional coaching practice.

Now the business, which also operates out of London, Hong Kong and New York, has appointed staff and opened new offices in Germany and the United Arab Emirates to serve its rapidly growing customer base.

Two senior business development officers have been appointed to open and lead operations in Frankfurt and Dubai.

The firm’s managing director, Gillian Mcmichael, said: “This is a very exciting development for us as we continue to grow the business through our network of coaching experts.

“The two associates who will lead our Frankfurt and Dubai offering understand their local markets and are well placed to help us establish a solid customer base in those countries.

“The world of work is changing in so many ways and that’s driving a lot of interest in our services. We’re seeing the decline of the traditional 9-5 job, concerns about the role of automation and more interest in portfolio careers.

“Our clients see coaching as an essential tool in successfully creating a new future for themselves in these uncertain times.”

Sanja Stevic, senior coach and trainer, will be based in Frankfurt. She has more than 16 years’ of international experience, working with a wide range of corporate and individual clients. She holds a masters in occupational and organisational psychology, an executive MBA from Henley Business School and a BSC (distinction) in psychology from Kingston University.

Meanwhile, Kate Galloway, senior coach and trainer, will be based in Dubai. She was previously an HR professional working in the public sector, then in the energy industry for one of the world’s leading energy companies. Kate is a member of, and an accredited coach with, the International Coach Federation.

She has a masters in human resource management and is a member of the CIPD.
